These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ear We Go iOS app and the Ear We Go website published by Rly Simpl. By using Ear We Go, you agree to these terms.

Ear We Go is developed and published by Rly Simpl. Ear We Go is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with The Walt Disney Company, Disney Enterprises, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and other Disney park names, attractions, characters, and related indicia are trademarks of The Walt Disney Company. References to Disney parks and experiences in Ear We Go are for descriptive purposes only. Ear We Go is an independent trip companion and does not provide official Disney information, ticketing, reservations, or park services.
The service
Ear We Go is a Disney trip countdown and park companion app for iPhone. It helps you build shareable countdowns, home screen widgets, park memory images, and attraction checklists. Features may change as the app evolves.
Your content
You retain ownership of the countdowns, photos, memories, and other content you create in Ear We Go. That content is stored on your device. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping backups of your device data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Ear We Go or attempt to interfere with its normal operation, reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, or use the service in any unlawful way. You may not imply that your use of Ear We Go is endorsed or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any Disney entity.
Subscriptions
Optional premium features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions billed via the Apple App Store. Subscription terms, including renewal and cancellation, are described in our App Renewal Policy.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Ear We Go reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimer
Ear We Go is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Park information, attraction names, and similar details are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or out of date. Ear We Go is not official park guidance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rly Simpl disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rly Simpl will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Ear We Go.
Apple App Store
If you downloaded Ear We Go from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
