App renewal policy

This policy explains how auto-renewable subscriptions work for optional premium features in Ear We Go. The core app is free to download. If you subscribe, your subscription will automatically renew each billing period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. All payments are handled through Apple's App Store.
Free to download
Ear We Go is free to download and use. If you choose to subscribe to premium features, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription is auto-renewable — it will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel or turn off auto-renew.
Auto-renewable subscription
Ear We Go subscriptions are auto-renewable. That means your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (for example, monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose) and your Apple ID account is charged again unless you turn off auto-renew.
Auto-renew must be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown in the App Store at the time of renewal.
You can turn off auto-renew at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings. Turning off auto-renew does not cancel your current period — you keep access until that period ends.
Managing your subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions
- Select Ear We Go to view, change, or cancel your plan
You can also manage subscriptions in the App Store app under your account profile.
Free trials
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Trial eligibility and duration are shown in the App Store at the time of sign-up.
Refunds
All purchases and renewals are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Price changes
Subscription prices may change over time. If the price of your subscription increases, Apple will notify you in advance. Continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price, unless you cancel before the next billing date.
