These Terms of Service govern your use of the Carpe iOS app and the Carpe website published by Rly Simpl. By using Carpe, you agree to these terms.
The service
Carpe is a daily intention and reflection app. It helps you set one intention each morning, review it at the end of the day, and look back on patterns over time. Features may change as the app evolves.
Your content
You retain ownership of the intentions and reflections you create in Carpe. You are responsible for the content you enter and for keeping backups of your device data if you choose not to use iCloud Sync.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Carpe or attempt to interfere with its normal operation, reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, or use the service in any unlawful way.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Carpe reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimer
Carpe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Carpe is a personal productivity tool, not medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rly Simpl disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rly Simpl will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Carpe.
Apple App Store
If you downloaded Carpe from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
